You can return products to us within 14 days, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition.

If goods are returned within our returns policy and in a resellable condition, we can issue either a refund or a credit note. Refunds will equal the amount paid for the product at the time of purchase. Please note that postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.
